Return Policy
At BlueLotusFlower.uk, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
In cases where a customer claims that they have not received an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to wait for the item to be returned to our address. A refund will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected by our team.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that due to health and safety reasons, opened packages cannot be returned.
