Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
48-Hour Express Shipping Condition (UK Only):
To ensure that you receive your items within 48 hours using our express tracked shipping:
- Place your order before 3pm.
- Choose ‘Royal Mail’ as the shipping option during checkout. Orders placed using this method are processed and dispatched by 5 pm to meet the last Royal Mail collection. Please note: If ‘Evri’ is selected as a shipping option, we cannot guarantee delivery within 48 hours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we appreciate your patience during such times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
BlueLotusFlower.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and lost packages:
BlueLotusFlower.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If your items are delivered but you can’t find them, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your items are lost during transit, please contact shipping carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently ship to countries outside of the United Kingdom. Please be aware of your country’s import policies before ordering.
